hmmm... that crap sucks... but I would think anythign you do to take the supeglue off, would also take paint off. you may end up having to get it painted. or atleast sanded and recleared.

That really sucks! There is some stuff available at hardware stores (Ace, DoItBest, etc) that's made to dissolve super glue...never used it on a painted surface though...it's called Duro Super Glue Remover. Might work...might take your paint off. Good Luck!

im gonna have to agree that anything that will dissolve the superglue...probably isnt going to help your paint job. test whatever you use on a car at the junkyard or your winter beater or something.

i have this stuff called Bio Clean that ive actually used to get super glue off the only things is it takes a **** load of elbow grease and it is a mild abrassive....so you knwo what that means little scratches

BTW its the best stuff ive found to take any water residue or any things stuck on windows its a charm for detailing

Try using a hairdryer to heat it up quite a bit, then take some fishing line and run it between the glue and the paint. I used that technique to get off my emblems and the decal from the dealership. It might help, or it might not.
