To have a shop install the clutch for you is about $250 or so.
The cost of the clutch depends on what you want to get. A Spec Stage III is something like $450.
You will also need the flywheel resurfaced which is about $50 dollars. I did mine myself.
You can install the clutch yourself and save that cash but you will have some really tight working conditions and you will have the lower the whole trans down. Frankly $250 is worth it unless you have the tools and experiance to do it.
You will also need a new throwout bearing and a pilot bearing. The throwout is about $20 dollars and the pilot is something like $10.
Being that you have such high milage on your car this is a great time to also replace your clutch fork and pivot ball. Prices on those are hard to get ahold of because they can be a hard part to find. But both shouldnt cost you more than $75 combined.
While your doing all this you can also upgrade to a UPR heavy duty clutch cable, firewall adjuster and aluminum quadrant. That will run you about $90 dollars, summit sells and identical kit for $60. I dont know if you want to get the clutch cable though. Mine was nearly identical and snapped last week. I re-installed the stock clutch cable and have better performance out of it now... So I am only running the quadrant and firewall adjuster, about $40-50 bux for the two.
Best of luck, a new stronger clutch will make the car scream, it really helps to lower your times on those somtimes jerky take-off's.
