Default Sweet..kinda

Two weeks ago i was drivin to school..i was in the right hand lane when this lady, from a side street..turns 20 ft in front of me and tried to get in the middle lane..I attempted to stop but since i was goin 45...stopping..didnt happen. Needless to say..my car is f*%ked. Just found out yesterday that its totaled. Wasnt my fault, and she got the ticket. Im just left without my beloved car. Well heres the cool part. Her insurance is givin us a lot more than we paid for the car. Im now lookin at a 2002 that was similar to mine, except for the interior and the guy put some nastey *** lookin rims on it. But the insurance adjuster said i could get my cobras back if i replace them..which is what is gunna happen. N e way the guy also put a dual exhaust and CAI on it..and it only has 25,000 miles on it. So its lookin like a pretty good deal for the price that hes askin. Im going to look at it tonight so i hope it goes over well.

dont buy a car when looking at night. the times you never buy a car: rain, night, or intoxicated... you were goin 45 in what i assume is a school zone? and its not your fault- where im from, the school zome speed is 25- i wouldnt get an 02 if you can get similar miles and condition on an 01 b/c you can save yourself appx. 1k dollars right off the bat.

i say grab a used 99-02 GT. unless the insurance is too high. i got off light on my insurance. it was 1800/yr for a v6 and 1600/yr for a GT, or 2100/yr for a cobra (nobody had ANY 03/04 cobras at the time though). the agent checked it like 5 times to see if there was something wrong with the price for a GT. i also had a high GPA and have a clean record. also, if you're under the age of 25 i believe, some insurance companies have a thing called steer clear (or other save driving classes). which is basically they give you a book and a video to watch. you answer some questions, send it back, talk with your agent. BOOM! another 200/yr discount. so naturally, i spent the extra couple grand for the GT.

yah i want a GT, but i cant afford it. It wasnt a school zone, it was a major road on my way to school. One more thing. The 02 im lookin at supposedly is still under warranty. But he put the dual exhaust and CAI on..does that void the factory warranty? Ill post some pics of my wreck soon
