would this be more beneficial than a CAI?

It will help but don't buy into that BS about "Ram AIr". This is good marketing only. THe only true "Ram AIr" comes from a turbo charger or a super charger. With a setup like this the real benifit comes from the fact that you will be taking colder, more dense air from outside the engine bay. More dense air will certainly give you more power but there will no actual "ram air" effect from a setup like this.

ram air sux. plain and simple. the power you'll get from it you won't see unless you're going like.... really really fast. hence the RAMming of the air. you're better off just getting a CAI from like ebay or something for a v6.

Actually that mod is TERRIBLE!!! All it does is scoop dirt off the road and clogs your filter faster. I fell into that trap when I first started modding my mustang bout 5 years ago. So my advise is to NOT buy it. Go with a HIGH quality CAI from a website other than ebay. I'm trying to beat this into young fellas heads that you get what you pay for.

The cooler the constant air the better. It's been one year and my K&N is still flowing at peak. I cleaned it anyway. Ima invent an intake that come off your A/C. WOOT!

pfffft!!!

I Laugh at that Ram Air!

Now this is what I am talkin about!

Sure it may not build power till like 65mph but its a looker plus you can put a CAI on this too so you will have the CAI and the Ram which is the best of both worlds ^___^

Here is the perfect AFFORDABLE kit!

If I decide against a supercharger on my 95 Clevor build then im sticking this ontop of the engine because I love how they look, there is also another one called a RamJet that looks more 70's. This is the Link to the Ram Jet. I like this one a little more then the Mach1 style so I think that I might get this one and modify it to fit my Clevor.
