I'll second that. It's a heater core hose that is leaking. Hopefully it's just loose and not a blocked heater core.
If it is a poor core, you'll be pulling the whole dash out to replace it. I'd set aside a full day.
However, if you live in a warmer climate, you can bypass it by linking the hoses together and bypassing the inlet/outlet at the firewall. The down side is you have no heater.
