ok the stock manifold is cracked and its driving me crazy i got acouple of questions i would realy appreciate help on ok

1) whats best header replacement that should bolt right up for shorty headers
2) will it fit my gt take off exhaust thats on my mustang right now
3) what gains will i get from changing from manifold to a header
4) thanks

2: yes
3: minimal (1-3hp)

or get a set of 94-98 headers. just the egr bung will be different and you will need emissions hose to mate the 94-98 stock headers to your egr valve

factory 94-98 headers will give the same performance gain as BBK's or any other aftermarket shorty

www.mpsautosalvage.com has used 94-98 headers

Yep, it has YET to be shown than ANY aftermarket shortie style header flow better than the stock parts from Ford. Just buy a used stock part to replace it.
