Default Turbo or 5.0?

Hey Guys So This Spring I Think I am Either Goin To Put A Turbo Or a New Engine In My 99 Stang.. I have A V6 At The Moment and i would love to make my car a faster. Now I Am Goin To Lead Towards The Turbo But I Was Wondering What You Guys On The Form Think..

Also Which One Would Be Cheaper? And More Efficent? Or Worth Doing?

Roots s/c's are in NO way better than a turbo. A turbo is more efficient, produces more numbers to the wheels, AND last longer. Idk how the hell you figure a roots s/c is better than agood turbocharger setup.

While a 5.o has the potential to make more power, and easier to do so at that, the swap would just be too expensive, and pretty much any used/old 5.0 GT/Cobra is going to be a project car as something nearly always is going out, needs to be fixed, or is about to go out, you know, normal old car stuff.

A turbo stang is the best way to go, however, it's not a cheap route at that. I know turbonettics makes a turbo for Mustangs and sixers, however, they're extremely pricey. I'd just do a quick google on the topic.
