Alright guys, I've finally decided to go with a shop thats getting me Monroe Sensa-Trak shocks and struts. Total is $500. Thats parts and install.Sound good?

Hahaha ****ing rip off man. You can buy those off ebay for 150 and do install yourself. If you wana drop some more money pay 300 for tokico kit and install it yourself. Its not that hard.

Yeah, I was quoted awhile back from firestone like 650. I told him sh**, for that much I'll definitely do it myself. Shops swear that doing shocks and strutsare sooooooooo hard which in fact it isn't. They overcharge people who don't have a clue how to do it. I agree, go spend 15 20 bucks on a manual or better yet, USE mustangforums.com. Great info here and if your not doing the springs it really is fairly simple! If you are doing the springs it's just a little more work. There is a tutorial by ryanI believe with great pictures! Enjoy!
