what would be a good substitution for the current stock pulleys that i have. keep in mind that i am truely a NewbiE so speak in simple NewbiE terms!

v8 or v6?

o yea, another question, do you know off hand what the power increase would be with a new underdrive pulley? honestly im too tired to search so im being lazy

It says a pulley set would increase your hp by 12-15 so I think thats pretty good

7-8hp is more likely......and you sig even now dosent tell us much....there are stage one v8's as well

i thought i knew alot about roushs (new ones any ways) and i wasnt aware of any stage 1 v8's...i would LOVE to see something on this so if you have a link throw it this way!!!!! and thanks for the hp info...ill fix the sig too

also if i replace the underdrive pulley do i need to get a new belt as well or use the stock one?

i have heard that sometimes the stock belt does not fit, i would get a new belt, which usually you can get at the site where you buy from. Better safe than sorry.
