Default car trouble

i posted this question on here a month or so ago but im still havin the same problem. any time i drive over 2000 rpms, my car hesitates like its wants to go but wont. anything under that and it drives fine. its also started doin something new but only happens when im at1/4 a tank or below. when im below1/4 a tank it will be drivin fine then all a sudden will jus shut off and sometimes it will crank back up and sometimes i wont. but when i put gas in the tank it will drive fine. ive replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs and when i had my exhaust done i didnt get the back two oxygen sensor put back in witch made my check engine light come on, so i figured that might be the problem so i put them back in. cel went off but the car still messes up. is there anything else i could change that could be the problem or should i jus have a diagnostics test done?

I'd get the diagnostics done.

Things to look into:

Fuel pump
IAC valve
EGR system

Depends on the shop, $60-100 is a nice ballpark range. Some may offer it free, but I don't know on that one.

No, the EGR does not need the cats.
