Themanifold/kit is designed to work with everything from a stock motor up to a fully built race-oriented set up. It will work great for you, and give you room to make more power down the line.

Before putting a M112 on what other preparations need to be made to a stock engine?

Basically, you need 42lb injectors and an SVT Ford Focus or similar fuel pump.

Other than that, you just need the m112 parts from supersix or from a 2003-2004 cobra.

Bone stock motorwill make just under 300 hp to the wheels. Stock Cobra blower pulley will spin about 10-12 psi (Nathan see's 10 psi with his, but has improved heads that don't restrict the flow). As for upper limits, I ran a 10% over drive crank pulley and a 2.76" blower pulley and was flirting with 20 psi or so. But none of my junk is stock, so it's hard to say what it would do on a bone stock motor until someone tests it out.

But yes, the kit and the upgraded fuel system is all that is needed.
