Default Rough idle

It's been doing it for about a month now, doesn't do it consistently, just every now and then when I first start the car. Doesn't do it when I'm stopped at a redlight or anything, just when I first start it. It almost gets to the point of dying, but doesn't. I had the oil changed about 2 weeks ago, thinking that might have something to do with it, but it didn't. Haven't messed with anything related to the fuel yet. Any advice on what it could be?

You might try running some seafoam through it and see if that helps..... or some Lucas fuel system cleaner, you might have a injector thats parcially plugged. Or it could be your MAF sensor.

I had the same problem too. Except my idle was high. It goes away when the car starts to warm up. I got fuel injector cleaner from wal-mart for like 4 bucks for 3 treatments. I used it once already and it is better.

Are you getting a check engine light?
Try pulling DTC and OBDIIcodes and see what comes up.

Nope, no check engine light at all, just the rough idle.

Clean the iac, make sure your air filter or anything in the airway is good.

Vacuum leak???... It wouldn't hurt to make sure all the vacuum tubes are connected good.

The fuel injector cleaner worked great, thanks for all the advice, if it starts doing it again, I'll check the other things mentioned.
