Can anyone tell me what the purpose of styling bars?

no in case you role i think its pretty self explanatory. see i always thought it looked good on a mustang that had Duals Wheels lower with top back on warm day

Style bars do NOTHING in a roll over but collaspe inon you. They are attached with four screws.... not a cage by any means.

Not that id ever buy one because i cant having a hard top but hows the wind resistance on those things? lol

I guess looks is it then...lol. Im not sure if I like them or not, thats why I asked if there was anything "special" about them...hmmm

Looks only. If I had a New Edge Vert. I would definitely get a style bar. I think they make the Vert's look a lot better than they do stock.
