I have a 1997 mustang with the 3.8 and I'm getting a code every time I drop below a 1/2 tank of gas the code reads 1432 auxiliary emissions control valve. I was wondering that since this is a generic code that it might be my gas cap if any one could give me some feed back I'd appreciate it

corection on that not the auxiliary emission control valve but the auxiliary evaporation control valve
