ok first of all i know i was bein stupid, so haters need not to flame..

I got my 5 speed. 6 for christmas..

I never really had a problem with it, and somwhere within the last 2 months, i been starting it at second gear cause i heaerd it saves gas... (duimbass move)
few weeks ago, my friend tried to get me to burn out, i put it in first, reved it up till it hit the limiter, then let the clutch go, and it barely spun the tires once and kept going...thats odd...
and finaly when i raced my friend (not stupid street race, just a friendly drag in a abandoned air port), we went about 110 and when i stopeed, my gears stopped responding, and my clutch would really catch, and i would give it gas in 1st gear, and it would before 5k rpm before slowly moving... so i took to shop, and they replaced the clutch, but also said the second gear synchronizer is ****ed, so they are gona replace that.... but they finished clutch today, and i checked it out, and the response is incredible, i mean i barely started and i spinned the tires, i didnt even try to peel out..its insane! i still scratch second everytime cause the synch is broken, but it should be done by tuesday..

thoughts..comments....seperation anxiety sucks...anyone else have to loose their baby for a while? going crazy, duno how to make it till tues.

 

go easy on that new clutch! always a good idea to let it settle, break itself in. ive seen a lot of my friends beat up on a brand new clutch, and within 1000 miles, it is slipping. baby it in, bro.
