My friend's dad has a'69 chevelle ss with about 450hp or something like that. I have an 08 v6 Mustang with dual exhaust pipes. What are my chances in a drag race. I know i will get smoked but what do u guys think?

Do a quarter mile. Make sure his car is turned off and put on jack stands before you start the race. MAYBE you will be able to beat him in the eighth mile but he will still be able to catch you in the quarter.

You really have no chance at all unless the guy doesn't have the car turned on at the start of the race.

Get under his hood and rig the throttle cable so 1/4 throttle is full throttle, then it would be close.
