No cats = white smoke???
I got my off-road setup on now. White smoke comes out of the exhaust now like it's cold outside - even when the car is warmed up, but its 60 degrees here in FL. Is this typical of an off-road setup?

Did you delete the rear O2 sensors? Sounds like you're running rich.

I did a search and some of the guys in the 4.6 sec. said white smoke is common without cats. Dunno tho, that's why I'm askin.
Well the guys at the exhaust shop said it would have white smoke likethis since there is oil/grease inside the new pipes to keep them from rusting. It's been a week now, so I dunno if all that would have burnt out now or not.
mine smoked after i took out the cats too, but only like twice a month and only right when i started the car. it was pretty bad too... loooots of smoke lol. once i got it tuned that stoped though. is your check engine light still on? i bought mils too and they didnt work. i heard thatskind of a common problem.

yeah, the cats are like an exhaust filter...the element will kind of clean up the exhaust a bit...so it is the same exhaust, just not "filtered", if you will. you are right, black = rich. had a catless set up on my old car, and you could "see" the exhaust more so.
