70%? that's horrible! in va it's 50% on the front and 35% in the rear. myself and most everybody else just do 35% all around. as most cops can't really tell a 15% difference. my buddy got pulled over and was given a fine for his exhaust and his 5% tint on his stealth when he had it though. just don't drive around at night
just get a radar if you dont have one.
i just got pulled over for a mere 81 in a 70. i rolled down my windows before his cops lights even went on. but sure enough, no sooner than he wrote me up a citation for speeding, he told me to roll up my window and busted me for that.
they won't bother you for the most part just driving around, but if they pull you over for speeding or something else, they like to snoop around, and they'll notice your tint.
