You would need the exhaust and rear end to properley handle the M112 anyways. And welcome to the wanna-be M112 group, hope you like to read.

And yes, I can make a copy of my intake for people that want one. I'm working on getting a few kicked out asap... as soon as I can get a good price on bulk aluminum of the two types I need.

i dont know about your area but i would look up some aircraft manufacturer's and see if you can get in with the management
they should be able to get you what you need or a local gate/weld shop

my grandfather owns a metal shop so i can get all that stuff but im in florida so i cant really help you
