when buying gears or underdrive pulleys, do i need to purchase anything else? to install or is everything set to go when my order arrives? or do i need to change anything along with gears or pulleys..

You'll need a belt for the pulleys if it didn't come with one. And you'll need a programmer for the gears. If you didn't order it, you should order some type of lsd for the rear too, the cheapest I believe is a ford t-lok.
