probably the first thing you should do is give a little more information, big first question is is it automatic or manual?

define "worth it" to fix up. that is a really, really relative term. if its worth it to YOU, then it is worth it. a penny pinching miser who drives a base model geo prism would say it is NOT "worth it"...i mean, a car is only to get from point a to point b, why "fix it up?" a stang lover with endless cash would say it is DEFINTIELY worth it to customize your ride, as your car is an expression of your inner self, and one of man's best friends.

so it is up to u, if you think it is worth it.

If you find that the car isn't worth it to fix up then you can just send it to me and I will take it off of you hands for you, no worries.

What exactly is your definition of fixing it up? Power, Looks, Handling, Stereo? You gave a very broad question. Might need to narrow it down a bit more if you want a little more help.
