OMG. 550.00 for a catback. thats honda civic prices. :P waaaay too much. not busting on americanmuscle, but that is not a good cash spend.

heres what ya need: two force pro mufflers from summit. take those to an exhaust shop, tell them you want them to 1-fab you an x pipe or hpipe, bend some dual piping and weld on your force pros, choose some nice exhaust tips to your liking. all together, shouldnt run you more than 300.00. and itll probably sound better than the magnaflow, and will flow better, thanks to getting ride of your stock ypipe.

good luck.

Just go to Youtube and listen to the different sounding muffler's and see which one you like the best. When you figure that out just order two of those kinds of muffler's and then take them to the exhaust shop and tell them you want a true dual exhaust with 2.25 or 2.5 inch piping.

yeah. they do

it's better to get a mid pip system. no exhaust leaks that way if it's installed correctly.

Why you knocking the magnaflows???? lol

mine cost my 90, but thats also because i brought some stainless steal tail pipes from a 5.0. So Im guessing like under 150 if you bring your own mufflers.

Matthew

p.s. i suggest going with Summits Force Pros they sound great, and their half the price of flows

Sorry, but its gonna be more than $300. Steel is expensive right now, and it would be more than that.

-$80 for the force flows
-$30-100 for tips
-$100-200 for pipes
-$50-100? to weld it all up
-$30 for exhaust hangers

sorry, but perhaps you misunderstood. i was not including the price of the mufflers. i been quoted at TWO local shops (in expensive raleigh, NC, mind you) 300.00 for piping and welds/installation if i brought my own mufflers.
