so what does that mean it that like an x pipe and mufflers then a turn down and thats it

not necessarily an x pipe, but yeah, just turno downs after the muffler. a lil louder than pipes with tips, and i dont think its a good idea if u have a convertible (b/c of the fumes).

yea that is primarily what dumps mean

basically it is your mid-pipe then mufflers and then they turn down right after the muffler

turn-downs normally refer to the tail pipes having turn downs on them instead of tips

whew, the eternal ? that gets asked every 5 posts. :P It is relative, man. some people like the sound of the x...i like the h better. but yeah, if u have a couple, an h, flows, and turn downs should sound nice.

i personally dont like the sound of turndowns. i think it echos and drones too much in the car but outside it will sound good

i love my dumps

i can get a vid up if you want

i have an h pipe flow 40's and dumps

a little lound in the car in 5th if im not at interstate speeds sayy 55+ but i dont mind i like loud

its fabbed up at a shop its got the stock cats on it

im going to make my own here shortly after i get a little money and i get my car up on a lift nextweekend to look at what needs to happen

do you want me to go out now and get one (it's dark but i have lights) or would you want me to wait untill tommorw at the show when it will be light out but i wont be able to have it up untill tommorow night or monday

when ever im in no hurry
so i can just get one fabed up

thought: i work at a metal shop could i build my own i would probly do aluminum is that ok
or does it take so knoe how to do it
