i told you you have to rebuild the engine to be able to support the extreme heat of the engine
Don't talk if you have no idea what the **** you're talking about. I hate noobs.

Anyway...

You can run a 75 shot bone stock on the 3.8. Anything above that is kind of pushing it on a stock motor, though.

Best bet is to get a high compression forged setup. You can get the SSM 4.2 stroker if you want. Then aftermarket or ported heads an intake. Basically rebuild the motor. You'll be making 230-250ish rwhp NA. Give or take a little depending on the compression ratio you go with. Then in that case, you'll be able to up the shot of nitrous to basically whatever you want, as long as the proper safety devices are there. I'm not very experienced or knowledgeable about nitrous and built motors on the 3.8, but I've seen quite a few 4.6 2v's run a high compression forged setups with 250+ shots of nitrous.

You can definately get into the 400+ rwhp range, and 450+ rwtq rang with a good motor build and a nice shot of the juice.
any resemblence you just need to chill dude
your so high strung high ***** are in your head
haha wow what a dip****

woaa racking the brain dude.
so you have to rebuild the engines internals so that it wont blow up(my friend blew his eclipse- 2 pistons out the hood)
and yeah you can just run the car without nos cause you cant drive with nos on the streets

good luck hope my ramblings got you somewhere
your friends an idiot and probably didnt tune the car

a 75 wet shot is fine for a DD car. could probably get away with a dry shot if it wasnt used as much, 100 wet shot wtih a GOOD tune is the highest i would go, you dont need a rebuild if you tune it right

as for runnign it on the street thats waht you get a remote bottle opener for
yeah probably but i thought it was illegal to run nitrous on the streets

in most states... it is illegal to run Nitrous on the street, but you use a remote bottle opener so if you want you can open it on the street and close it (basicallly its a legal/illegal switch)

Everything you highlighted that I said was taken out of context.

1.) You don't know what you're talking about.

2.) When I was talking about rebuilding the motor I was talking about making as much power as possible NA and building it for a large shot of nitrous. Not building it for a 75 shot because of the "extreme heat", which is another example of you talking out of your ***, since nitrous actually cools the upper intake.

3.) You never finished highlighting what I said about my knowledge on the 3.8. I never said I didn't know about building motors and nitrous, just that I wasn't sure on 3.8 specific parts. It's been a while since I had my six.

4.)What the hell does ***** in my head mean? If I could get my head to reach the area my ***** are in, I'd sure as hell be doing other things much more fun that sitting in front of my computer talking about nitrous on a V6.
