Default Procharger

I was thinking about getting a procharger installed but i heard you need to relocate your traction control something like that. Is that true?
whats the best procharger kit i can get for my 2004 v6 mustang 5 spd? I found this place near where i live, i called them up and they said they're going to charge me 1100 for installation. Is that a good price or its too much? And i forgot to ask them if turnups is included in that price. What do you guys think?

Thank you

My friends 4.2L procharged stang is down now. 3rd time he has had to send it in to procharger to have it repaired.
I've never touched the vortech since its been on that car. Reliablility isn't the reason I'm selling the vortech -
