Will these mods work?
K&N FIPK Air Intake (Fuel Injection Performance Kit)

Flowmaster Exhaust Systems - Force II

SCT Strategy Flash Device Power Programmer
http://www.autoanything.com/performa...A3244A0A0.aspx
Its a 95' V6 Coupe Mustang
Right now my mustang is completely stock except for the stereo system
and its in the shop getting a new head gasket. Was running on only 5 cylinders past few days apparently.
I dont know much at all about modding a car but I really want to learn,
is there anything else I need or anything better around the same price?
Any help is very much appreciated!
Loving the mustang so far <3

you wont get major gains from the intake but its not goin to do nothing and yes vmp is where id get my tuner if i were you and a tune from justin and that exhaust wont net you musch since its still uses the stock y pipe so that will limit the flow but it will change the sound but if your looking for hp gains you wont get much of anything from that set up since it isnt true dual you either need a new mid pipe or go to a shop and have them fabb you up something
BBK CAI is just as good as the K&N and cost about a $100 less. Tuner is good. Go to a reputable shop and have them put on Divorced duals, which means they get rid of your y pipe and the pipes will run completely independent to the rear, with no H or X pipe.
haha y, h, x pipe so much stuff to learn! i have no idea about it at all!
Tryin my best to learn it tho
What i truly want is performance.
Aesthetics are second to me because id rather have a stock lookin 95 stang but blow a guy away.
Im surprised how fast it is stock anyway, notice slowdown when i fill the car up with ppl tho haha xD
But thanks for the advice guys!
I just have nop idea what a true setup is
=(

I wouldnt go with the flowmasters either. You can get 2 Force Pro mufflers from Summitracing.com for the cost (if not a little let) that 1 Flowmaster. And they sound just as good. Your question about true set I think is about the term "true duel" exhaust means that right now both of your exhaust manifolds come together in one pipe under the car after the cats, this pipe is called a "Y" pipe. This "y" pipe runs to the muffler right before the muffler, out of the muffler runs a pipe over the rear axle and out the rear bummper. True duels is where they cut off the Y pipe and do two seperate pipes running from each exhaust manifold to the back of the car, through 2 mufflers, and 2 pipes over the axle and out the rear bumper like you see on the GTs. I have pics if you want.

I really didnt see very much diffrence with my CAI, but it looks alot better that OEM, and it does add a little power to the car. Againwithout supporting mods, it will not do awhole lot. Just my thoughts.
