Ok, so I finally picked my mustang up (96 black v6 convert, auto) and am very happy with it. I don't want to do a whole lot to it, for now just a cai and mach 1 spoiler. I want to upgrade the exhaust, but I don't especially want a dual. Can I put Flowmasters (from what i've read on here, they're good, right?) with just the single? and will it help the car's sound or power at all?
Also, could someone pm me the code for americanmuscle? I want to order the cai and mach 1 spoiler from them.

yea same i love this sight im apretty new stang owner myself. flowmaster is my favorite alot of my friends have them not on mustagns but on alot of different cars/trucks they sound great i would say just a muffler swap will sound good, it wont be rly lound but it will be louder than stock, as for power you wont get alot (its not a major power add on unless you go with duals or tru duals) but it is pretty cheap compared to the other options. the cai i would say geta MAC. i had the code for AM but i lost it, if u just call them they will give it to you and its like 6% off. other mods to consider would be a handheld tuner im getting one as soon as i can afford it which should be soon, it will do wonders for our automatic trannys.

Lucky for me, they hardly look at the cars when they inspect them here.. i took my truck and the only thing they checked was the horn.
I ordered my intake already from americanmuscle, i can't wait for that to come in!
quick question- what's the best site to order stock replacement parts? i need to replace the driver's door power lock/window buttons, the connectors on mine are broken to it keeps falling into the door.

today was a bad, bad day. i was at heb, and when i turned the car on, i noticed that the key felt like it turned too loosely. i tried to turn the car off, and the key would turn, but the car wouldn't turn off. i can turn the car on with the key, but not off. i swapped the lock cylinder and the starter switch- didn't fix the problem. (took em back to autozone and got a refund) i noticed that there is a yellow piece in the collumn that the starter switch's **** fits into, and that's not moving. i can see it moving up by the cylinder, but the part that connects to the switch doesn't move backwards, only forwards. i guess it broke... does anyone know what this is, how i replace it, and how much it's gonna cost?
