Default 2002 V6

i was wondering what should i do to make my V6 sound... deeper, more throaty like a boat out of water

i have already installed dual Magnaflow exhaust system

Answer:

Sell the magnaflow system.
Buy Long tubes.
Remove cats.
Buy a flowmaster original 40 system.

You installed magnaflows, that's your problem.

Mac long tube headers, flowmaster, force pro series, or spintech will do the trick.

What mid pipe are you running?

You should have gone with MAC LTs, H pipe, and flomaster 40s, that would've given you what you want. Now I dont really know what you should do, wait for somebody who has similar system, or go to magnaflow forum!

I threw a MAC Straight shot intake, off road x pipe and super 40 flowmasters on my 02 V6. The thing sounded super mean. Had to take it off because it was getting too much attention from the wrong people (i.e. cops and lame neighbors)
