Default Engine Problem

I have a question, when my engine is running it shakes, not A LOT, but enought to make a couple of things shake in my car like my radar detector, my drinks, stuff like that, so i started to do stuff like cleanin the EGR valve, stuff like that, but nothing worked so i heard something about taking the spark plug wires off while the car is running so i did, and when i take the Plug Wire #6 it really doesnt even change the way its running, i mean i take a different one off, and i see a huge difference, but when i take that specific one off, i basicly see nothing at all, any ideas on what it is that could be causing this? like misfiring or something?

All comments and ideas will be thanked.

That cylinder is obviously dead. Now you have to determine if the problem is spark, fuel, or compression.
