"best" or "loudest", you can pick one or the other. LOUDEST would be open headers, or divorced duals with no mufflers. it will sounds God Awful, but it will be loud as hell. "best" is relative. there are a bunch of threads already..but i prefer my set up (of course)...long tube headers, h pipe, and flowmaster knock offs.

^^^ lmao. yeah, just dump it. itll be hella loud!

but seriously,l to the op, you really dont want open headers or anything close to the sort. on any any ANY car ive ever head it on, from 4-8 clylinders, it has sounded like garbage. plus, you are just waiting to get a ticket. and a cop WILL give you one, eventually. oh, and youll be deaf from cabin drone within a month. go with a nice sounding muffler, youll be happy. this is coming from a guy who had a side exit mufflerless exhaust on a turbo four banger (and the turbo ate a lot of the sound)...the loudness will get old.

i asked my local exhaust shop and they told me with an o/r x-pipe it would decrease my performance majorly unless i put in some type of new o2 censor? or chip for the censor?

I'm going with the Pypes 409 Stainless Steel Divorced Dual Catbacks

I've heard them in action on a V6 and it's loud enough for me without being deafening.
