That is a HUGE cam.

I'd look at like a 207 or so for a daily driver without a power adder.

The gains wont be as significant. I've heard with nitrous that cam would be fine. It has a lift of .548 and 112 lsa

A bigger cam will actually hurt you if you don't have enough air coming in to make use of it (supercharger or turbo). Too small of a cam and you won't get the most out of what you have done. It must be matched to your set up. For example, a blower cam will have be more aggressive on the exhaust side (when it opens the exhaust valve in the head). Air is getting forced in from the blower, so in isn't as important as getting all that added air out. A nitrous cam will be a little bigger on both, but not too big - otherwise you have time when the valves are open and not really moving air. (We're talking fractions of a second here, but it all means big things at the end.)

I'd use an mild cam - even if you are thinking of nitrous later on down the line. Call up either Super Six (Tom) or Delk Performance (Matt) and talk cams with them. Tell them what you have and what you are thinking in the future. Both places can have a specific cam ground for your application and will be very accurate about making one that is right for you.

Maybe on a 4.2L with an M112, or another stroker with BIG forced induction.

It would still be a pretty big cam.
Look for something in the 210-218 range.
