Default Porting Question

i am planning on putting a 99 or 00 motor in my 98 mustang. along with that im planning on using the windstar intake from crt performance. i want to port and polish my lower intake and my heads and maybe use different rockers.

my questions are:
1. how much does the port n polish for the lower intake n the heads usually go for. like if i take it to a shop to get ported.

2. for the lower intake do i get it ported to match the windstar intake or to match the gaskets.

3. on the supersix website they have the specs for the stage 1,2,3 heads. should i get the heads ported according to stage 1 or stage 2. which one u guys think is better or is there a better way of porting them.

4. how much horsepower do u guys think all this would put me at.

1.) Lower intake only, probably a couple of hundred or less.
2.) Well if you're only doing the lower you port match to the windstar, if you're doing both (best way) then gasket match.
3.) Get the head combo that meets your needs, too much airflow is just as bad as too little. Generally most people only ever need stage 2 heads.
4.) Depending on the heads you get, and rather or not you do a cam, you'll probably gain around 50 rwhp.
