i was wondering if the screamin demon coil pack is something good to buy?

 

i have heard a lot of mixed reviews about the screamin demon coil. some good, some horrible...apparently, they had some quality control issues, ive heard about a lot of them crapping out pretty quickly. a comparable unit is the one i run, the accel super coil, which can be found for our cars at summitracing.com.

as far as "worth it'", thats up to you. will it give a seat of the pants hp gain? no. will it improve mileage and throttle response, smooth out the idle? it did for me. is it a better than stock upgrade than the oem coil? once again, i think so. good luck.

 

I use the screamon demon coil pack. I didnt really notice any gains right out of the box but hard to tell with everything else ive done since I can definatly tell my car aint stock. I also purchased the livewires spark plug wires which look very nice and beast. Its up to you if you want to spend the money but overall its not a big improvement.
