Well like the title says my drivers side window is down and wont roll up, There arent any noises when I try to roll it up but if I try to roll it down there is a clicking noise understeering wheel.

Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

 

What year is your car? It's really tough to say with your description, but I would be willing to bet the motor is stuck. Try smacking the lower part of the door panel, if that works, your bushings in the window motor are getting worn out. It's a common problem with fords, there window motors suck, luckily, you can rebuild them CHEAP!! I would also check the fuses just to make sure. More information would definitely help. GL

 

Take off your door panel

Locate window motor

Say "vcs_ssstang" 3 times and hit it ....

Roll it up

I didn't take off my door panel and it still worked! LOL

But yes, just whack the **** out of the door panel on the inside near the motor, while pushing the up button and it will go back up.

Thanks for the hlep guys, I hit it a few times and it rolled right up, now should I use it like normal? Or is the motor almost dead?

 

It's probably not almost dead, but eventually you will have to either rebuild the motor, or purchase a new one. I wouldn't go to ford and get one, they are EXPENSIVE!! You can find them on Ebay for like 60 70 bucks. It could never happen again, but at least you know how to fix it now!!

No it's fine, mine did it once 8 months ago and it hasn't happened since

 

been there.. done that.. basically your wiring is messed up.. use a battery to power up the windows for now..
