help
so i installed the tri-ax shifter and its great but i hear way too much of my engine and road while driving, i know that the stock shifter uses the piece shown in the first picture to help with noise. what can i do to fill these gaps that are shown in the second picture?

Before attaching the shifter handle, I took the stock piece (picture 1) and stretched it over the shifter (as it was over the stock one). This helps isolate road/exhaust noise, air, derbis, etc. from the cabin. IMHO, there's no way you should drive without this.
