You'll like it. Look at my sig for my mods. The exhaust caused me to lose alot of low-end torque, but with the tune, it pulls much harder down low and even better up top. Chirping second is no problem whatsoever now.

Mine was delivered while I was at work today. I thought that removing speed and upping the rev was part of his tunes??

yea for the most part they are....
do any of yall have the 93 octane tune, with gas so high I am debating not getting it and just sticking with the 87 but my man instincts are saying more power!!!! do we get better gas mileage on the 93 octane with a tune then on the 87 without a tune??

Howww ya doin.

Don't bother with the 87 tune, you will get less power, less fuel economy, and a LOT of engine knock. I have been working with Nick from AM to try to fix up the 87 tune for months but to no avail, so I pretty much gave up on it. The 93 tune initially gave me engine knock, but after about 5 revs, we finally got it perfected.

Once in a while, if I want to go back to 87, I just pull it all back to stock. That's the safest way to use 87. You really don't want even a little bit of engine knock and the SCT WILL cause knock with 87 gas.

As for the tuning, just give AM your computer code, engine type, transmission type, and a list of mods you've done. They'll get you squared away with the best tune. Listen very carefully for engine knock. In my car, it started after the engine warmed up after 10 miles and was most audible in the 2000 rpm range going slightly uphill. If there's any engine knock, let your dealer know so they can send you a slightly less agressive updated tune that won't knock. The knocking might by very slight, sounding like marbles in the engine, but do not ignore it. It can be fixed easily, and not fixing it could cause problems.

You had knock on an 87 tune? Thats VERY unusual...

The knock is really bad on the 87 tune with 87 gas even after I pull back the timing like 7 degrees. Also I don't know why I had engine knock for so long with my 93 tune. I did a lot of stuff to try to correct it: new single prong copper spark plugs, new wires, steeda inline oil seperator, seafoam, but I had always had problems with engine knock after installing a custom tune. Finally got the 93 to stop knocking, but the 87 knocking is just terrible. No idea why my car had so many issues, I have always taken care of it and never ran it that hard or anyhting.

that's fine, just make sure you don't get knocking...
