It's just intake noise, that's all, don't worry about it.
he said it made this noise befor the cai???

Its definitaly not the cai , it did make the noise before it. I just took it into a shop and it was actually the rear differential or something around there. Thanks for your help though everyone . Going to cost 1500 bucks ahhh

yea sucks for u bud my dad has an acura mdx and at about 80000 miles it was making the same noise he got an all new trans. that worked for about 20000 miles and the new one craped out. he said just **** it and now we just put up with the noise but its getting worse, i think one day its just gonna fall out

that is WAY too much for anything that has to do with your stock 7.5 rear. take it to another shop and first see if they say its the rear then get a quote from them to fix it.

You are getting raped. You can get a fully built rear end and aluminum driveshaft for a few hundredless that that.

check your IAC valve. knock on it with a screwdriver, then take the twisty cap off, and blow it off
