yeah well i have used it before and this time it didnt do anything.. i think its my obII port because i plug it into another kids mustang a month ago just to see somethin and it went right on

am i just missing something... i thought when u plug it in it was suppose to display on the screen... i dont have to have it on right?

you cant get it on upside down. when you plug it in make sure it is all the way in and wiggle the connection to see if anything pops up

it should come online without the key on, so if it doesnt and you are sure it is all the way plugged in then you've probably got wiring issues

i just tried to do it again and i jiggled the wire around but nothing happened... i dont think its the tunner i think its my car

see if the OBD2 connector has power, if not trace the wiring to see where the break is

use a mulimeter. ground the black, then touch the tabs of the connector and it should say 12.6 or close to that
