Sup guys i have a 00 v6 mustang with some mods on it like a BBk Cold air intake BBK headers and V-flow Dual Exhaust and i just recently put on a stage 1 cluth kit...well the has been vibration when u leave ever single gear from frist to 5th i think it the flywheel probably warrp or something it was supposvely resurfaced at the shop so any tips can help...o and im thinking on getting a new flywheel not sure i should go with steel or alumin

Hey ill try to help ya if I can. I recently got a spec stage 1 clutch and spec billet steel flywheel. got it installed and it vibrates between 1000rpms- and 1900rpms through every gear. I recently took it apart and brought my stock flywheel and spec flywheel to my machine shop and had them balance the spec one. It was off and they drilled it to counteract the inbalance. Put it back together and its still shakey between 1000rpms and like 1200rpms so its defin better but still present. My next step is to grab a fidanza aluminum flywheel and maybe a centerforce clutch. I highly at this point dont recommend doing a spec billet steel flywheel on the v6. due to what has happened on mine. Ive heard lots of my friends having good luck with fidanza and centerforce so that might be might next step.

 

well it did it when i frist got the car it dont vibrate till u change the gear dont matter at what rpm....i been driving a stick since day one so i dont think im bad with a stick
