where can i find a detroit tru trac for a decent price?

Brand new, you can't go wrong with summitracing.com.... it'll be like $400 though. [8D]
+ install kit and labor and your looking at $600.
in MY opinion just wait for a deal on a low milege 8.8 to come around. call some junkyards up until you find a good one. might take some time but its worth it

What is everything I would have? Would I just go in and be like, I need an entire 8.8 rear from a mustang gt? lol Sorry so many questions guys, just really in that mode to get something new for the car
get the hold differential housing, axles, pumpkin, girdle, inners of the diff. it all comes together in the housing. it will bolt right up in place of your old rear end. thats all you need. thats what a 4,000 mile rear end looks like. bad huh. haha
