Default V6 X pipe

My girlfriend just bought a 2002 v6 stang and the previous owner converted it to a true dual exhaust. Can I get her an X pipe for any 99-04 mustang or is it going to have to be something special for the v6?

V6 is an even firing engine.... split dual, H or X doesn't matter at all, as long as it's not a restrictive single pipe. Won't change power or tone of the exhaust note.

+1 LilRoush

There is no power difference between an H-Pipe or X-pipe, Sound also has minimal changes, not as dramatic as an odd firing V8 (Or GM 3.8L.)

A few companies make Midpipes for the V6 such as Pypes, those should work well for you.

I went a different way and modified a 94/95 BBK offroad X-pipe which I prefer over Pypes.

also, to add... pypes makes a street-legal x-pipe complete with cats, in case your girlfriend lives in an area with emissions testing.
