mine are nearly blacked out, and i have not had a single problem yet.

its advertized for off-road use, but in most states it will pass inspection so long as it meets a certain light output level, and if youre using vinyl or you use VHT and buff them out, they will very minimally affect the output level of the light emitted.

I have black'd out headlights, but haven't been stopped by the cops yet. Can't see crap at night, but I rarely drive more than a few miles at night anyways...

Just depends on your area I guess. I've never had a front licese plate either...

i live in NY i was driving directly in front of a cop in harrison who is known for pulling people over for tints and i had my tailights tinted and he did not pull me over i had the smoked ones from Stangmods.com

Personally i like the way the stock ones look bright red looks nicer on my silver

I found my car about a week ago with a smashed tail light. I have '98 so the same tail lights as in that blue-green one above. I'm looking to get some new ones, but I don't know what I want to get... considering a visit to a junk yard... there are ones with silver frames online... Or I could get black ones like the blue-green car up there... so many options, I don't know what I want to do... Junk yard is the most viable at this point as I couldn't even find anything painted on major sites... just eBay.

Any suggestions on how to find a junkyard nearby?
