Default EVAP Purge Valve

Anyone here with the same problem of the EVAP purge valve code coming up on your car....I might have found the solution. Hopefully this Saturday I can get it to my friends shop and in the air to check it out. Has to do with a pump under the right fender. If it turns out to be the problem....I will come back to here and post up what to do so you can fix the problem. Better give it a few weeks for the answer.

Still haven't got to my friends shop to check this problem out. Anyway...a mechanic told me to look up under the right fender. There is a tank there. He said the tank is full of water and killed the motor in it. He said that if I changed the take....my problems will go away and the engine will run alot smoother. Hopefully I can get to the shop and check it out and see if it works.
