Default rusted headers

hello, my headers are rusted as expected from the year, so what i want to do is to take them off, polish them with a wire brush or a sand paper, and then polish them with a BILLET metal polish. So my question is how to take the headers off, and will it be hard?

Unbolt EGR tube on passanger side.
Unbolt them from the mid pipe.
Unbolt them from the head.
Remove.
Polish.
(*Take a pic*)
Re-install in reverse order.

what's the EGR rube?
and as i saw so far, the drivers side shouldn't be a problem but the passenger side is kinda hard to get to. and another question, will it be hard to unbolt them? will i need WD-40?

They might be on there pretty well, so expect to get dirty and bang your knuckles a little.
EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) tube is on the passanger side... you'll see it. It goes from the manifold around to the front of the motor.
