Currently I have 4.10 Gears Dual Flowmaster 40's with hedman headders, FIPK air intake from k&n and diablo tuned for 87 octane right now. I was thinking of taking the block out and putting forged pistions in rebuild the engine with supersix sports stage 2 power pack with it as well and op for a super charger or turbo but what would be a better outcome for me the charger or turbo or if anyone has suggestions of something better let me know.

Sounds like a good plan! Can't go wrong with a supercharger or turbo. If it were me...It would be an m112 on top.

Either one will make a huge difference so its up to you whether you want something that gets with it as soon as you floor it (supercharger) or something that pulls harder and harder the faster you go (turbo). Turbo did wonders for my car, the pull is wicked and the blow off valve makes it all worth it!

If you are going the forged route why not stroke it at the same time? It's only a $150 crank.
