i have no idea what this is i came on my car when i got it. ive tried bug and tar remover but nothing works.

this is the only one thats my fault. i backed into a mail box and i gues the bumper smashed the car and chipped the paint.

Paint the problem areas...\\

What else answer you want? Go to your dealer and get a touchup kit for your color then sand it smooth/buff her out.

To me, the first picture looks like the paint is delaminating. The second pic, is the blemish smooth or rough and pitted? I would guess something was spilled on it like brake fluid or some other harsh chemical. I am not a paint expert but just guessing.

Find someone in your area that does paint and body work (someone good and knows exactly what they are doing - ask for references) and ask them what can be done. Looks like a dent in the last picture with the paint flaking. That's a definite repaint and like jet21 said, looks like the paint peeling off, possibly a panel that was taken from another car and not prepared properly for new paint. Is that the hood that is peeling? The other spot looks like someone spit on it, had that exact thing happen to a truck of mine. Did you try some of that NuFinish scratch remover? It works ok but if you use it make sure you wax the area with some good carnuba wax afterwards. Was this car purchased as a used vehicle? If so its possible the car was wrecked before you got it and the body shop did a quick insurance repair on it and just didn't do a good job.
