last pay check!

Default last pay check!
So thursday i will be getting my last paycheck until about late december so im
trying to get an idea of what will give me the most bang for the buck performance/visually.
I will have about 400 to spend and have true duals,cai and 17'' bullitt,so maybe lowering springs? any input would be great.

tuner is the most bang for your buck but springs always make the car look great
