It all depends on what you have hooked up to it. Is it all audio stuff? If so I wouldnt suggest getting UDPs as they will put a strain on your battery you dont want to have.

well.. they make kits that you also change the alternator pully.. ..

a underdrive pully makes your belt turn slower... but by making your alternator pully smaller as well, your putting the alternator to crank ratio back to where it was originally... so you will still get the same power out of your alternator as if you wern't running pullys..

are there any udp kits for an 03 3.8L that changes the crank, altornator, and a/c pullies or are there just ones for the crank?

here i come to save the day!

1st of all, damn, those are some accessories. it could either be really cool, or really whack, depending on how you pulled it off.

that being said, to your question: goto vmptuning.com. justin sells a 3 piece ASP brand pulley kit that comes with an underdrive crank pulley, an underdrive water pulley, and an OVERDRIVE alternator pulley, and the correct size belt. i have this exact set up, and it works beautifully. quicker revs, a little more on the top end of things, quick install...and for you, it creates no extra strain whatsoever on the alt. pulley, it overdrives it, so it counteracts the effect from the underdrive from the rest. youll be good, even with a system, esp. since you have such a large amp. ive never seen one that is 330amp, christ. i wanted to get a cool chrome 220 amp one. i even saw one in ford blue once, but it didnt look all that well done.

ok, gotta sleep, too many sedatives tonight. peace to all!
