Default quick nobb question

so i bought my 04 stang back in like april and i had all the fluids checked/changed at jiffy lube just because it was an auction car and there was no sticker on the window for the last oil change so i wanted to make sure everything was ok. but now im doing my owl oilchange. just got it seafoamed the other day then my dad took it to the airport so when he gets back it will have like 50 miles on it after the seafoam. i bought a K&N oil filter and some castrol syntec full synthetic 5w-20 oil. and im going to change it when my dad gets back.

but obviously the car is not here so i cant go look but where is the oil drain plug??? towards the back of the engine or front because i dont have a bay or a lift and ill need to do it from the ground. i do have those roll on ramps but i dont know if i should use those cuz that will put the car up on a weird angle and idk if all the oil will drain.

only have Mustang Cobras sway bars which are a few millimeters thicker than the GT and will bolt up to the stock GT axle. They are $25 ea. Thanks

use the ramps... the drain plug will stick it out, you will see it...get under the car from the passenger side...dont you have a floor jack? if so just jack it up in the front, pull drain plug, place drain pan under it, lower car back down so its sitting even, go inside for 20minutes and come back, relift and stick plug back in, swap filters, add oil, profit....you will not get all of the oil out of the system, no matter what you do...i would roll it onto the ramps, drain it, and refill and not even bother with leveling it out and letting it drain

i would just use the ramps...i dont remember if its my probe or my stang, but one of them the drain plug is on the back of the oil pan, so the ramps would actually help it drain...but i dont remember which car it is since i just did both

yea i had jiffy lube put in synthetic because i figured u can go from conventional to synthetic but not the other was so by putting in synthetic i was safe either way and im comming up on 100,000 clicks so synthetic is probably good for it. and thanks for the help i guess i will just throw it up on the ramps.
