Default Wheres the best place?

Where is the best place for me to buy a Mustang?? I looked on www.kbb.com and it says I can get a 1999 Mustang with 60,000 miles for about 5,380 I think it was..or somewhere close. Of course its the V6..but thats perfect for a first car...anyway..where should I look at for mustangs? Just dealerships or what?

I have another question...wheres the best places to get 1987-1992 Mustangs? I might want to go for the 5.0..they really appeal to me.

Another thing...if I did go for the 5.0..would it be better to purchase a LX or GT?

Ask this in the 5.0 section. Those guys know more about the 5.o's then anyone I've ever met.
As far as buying. Try Autotrader.com

I get this book from 7-11 called Mustang trader or something like that and it has every type of mustang you could think of listed for sale in it. Its pretty thick and has lots of good deals in it.

GT's have the unique look with the body kit (available for purchase seperate for LX models), but the LX is a lighter car than the GT.

Try autotrader or even some dealer lots. You probably won't find a fox body on a dealer lot though. [&:]

Go anywhere but a Ford place, they most likely wont give you the best deal. My brother got his 98 v6 for 7100 back in 2000 from a Dodge place and I got my 2000 v6 in 2003 for $6500 at some Volvo place. They love to give away Mustangs, and at a place by my house they just sold a 2000 GT convert with 113,000 miles for $4900! Yes $4900! Bill Heard Chevy in union city Georgia sold it for that price.
